Wise Man/Death Phantom
Wise man was probably the most evil villain of the whole Sailormoon series. There was not one good thing about him. He was never good, and never wanted to be good. He only wanted death and silence. He acted as Prince Demando's advisor and basically brain washed him to believe that he cared about the prince's plan. Safiru was on to him for awhile, so Wise Man decided to kill him and suceeded. He also killed Esmeraude to get her out of the way. He did that by making her think that wearing a crown of pure black energy would make Prince Demando love her. The crown spoiled her body and she was gone.
In the end of the season, Wise Man fools Demando and then kills him off too. After that he goes after Sailormoon and tries to kill her. She becomes Neo-Queen Serenity and uses her Ginzuishou to fight him off. Since the Ginzuishou wasn't powerful enough she was beginning to lose. Chibi-Usa suddenly makes the future Ginzuishou appear and helps her mother defeat the Death Phantom. With the power of the other senshi and the two Ginzuishou's, the Death Phantom was defeated.
