Queen Nehelenia
Queen Nehelenia is the the whole brains of the Dead Moon Circus. She controls everything, and gets daily updates by Zirconia. After being dissapointed by her long enough, she kills Zirconia and takes over. After a long battle between Sailormoon and Chibi-Usa she goes off into isolation only thinking that she had killed them both.
In the beginning of Sailorstars, she is awoken by Galaxia and told that she had failed and that the two were still alive. Nehelenia reawoke and went back for vegence. She was able to control Mamoru with a shard of a evil mirror that was stuck in his eye. After a long struggle, Sailormoon comes and rescues him and makes Nehelenia realise that she was loved all along. Nehelenia accepts it and becomes good again. She returns back to her kinkgdom as a child and is given a second chance. This truly ends the Sailormoon SuperS season.
