Mistress 9 was the evil side of Hotaru, she became Mistress 9 by swallowing Chibi-Usa pure crystal, (she had a daemon inside her) she stole the sacred cup, and received more power, and freed Pharoah 90, she was later destroyed by the goodness of Hotaru, that was yelling inside to break free.
