Esmeraude
Esmeraude is the general that took over after Rubeus had died. She had a big crush on Prince Demando but he was in love with Neo Queen Serenity. She found Crystal points by using her earrings as homing beacons. She tried to take over the points with these dark wedges.
Later on in the series she becomes very jealous of Sailormoon because Prince Demando has a crush on her. Wise Man notices this jealousy and tells Esmeraude that if she wears this crown, Prince Demando would fall in love with her. Esmeraude quickly accepts the crown and puts it on. Black energy fills her body and totally consumes her. Since she is so weak the black energy spoils her body, and she turns into a dragon. She then begins to wreak havoc on Crystal Tokyo, but Sailormoon defeats her. After she was defeated, she returns to her normal self and wilts into a pile of dust and disappears.
