Prince Demando
Prince Demando was the leader of the Black Moon family. He wanted to get revenge on the people of Earth for banning his family to Nemesis. He was in love with Neo Queen Serenity, and tried to win her over by brain washing her, but it wouldn't work. After Sailormoon healed him, Wise Man killed him only after Demando realised that he was loved all along.
