Chibi-Usa's adventure! The dreaded vampire castle
This special starts with a girl named Ririka Yubale transferring to Chibi-Usa's school. The boys see her and immediately go crazy over her. Everyone talks about where Ririka lives, and Momoko says it's haunted. Ririka almost faints because of the story about the manor. One of the boys offers to take Ririka home, and she gladly accepts. The next day the same boy who walked Ririka home ends up being absent. The teacher asks everyone if they have seen him, and Chibi-Usa says that he walked Ririka home. Ririka quickly defends herself and says that she hasn't heard from him. Later that day, Momoko sees Ririka pulling a flower. Momoko tells her not to, and Ririka tells her that a flower should be pulled when it's pretty and not dead. Ririka gets up and tells Chibi-Usa that her face is plump and delicious.
Another boy offers to take Ririka home and ends up being absent the next day. Chibi-Usa and her friend Kyusuke see Ririka pulling flowers and eating them. Chibi-Usa goes home and tells the girls, and they tell her that she must be a vampire. Makoto tells Chibi-Usa that the place that she is at is called Yubale Embassy, also known as the "Hell House". Minako then tells her that vampires also drink blood. Rei pipes in and tells her that they can be killed with a wooden cross or stake. They also tell her that vampires hate garlic. Usagi remembers that there is a garlic barbecue, and immediately tells Mamoru that she is thankful that he's paying for everyone.
The next day, Chibi-Usa's teacher asks her to take some homework to Ririka because she is absent. Momoko and Kyusuke offer to go with Chibi-Usa and she thanks them. They enter the embassy and see thousands of the same flowers that Ririka was eating. Ririka finds them, and offers them tea. They agree and talk about vampires. Chibi-Usa asks Ririka if she is one, but Ririka discards the question. Chibi-Usa then asks if she ate the flowers, and Ririka shows Chibi-Usa sugar coated flowers that she eats, that look like flowers. Momoko asks to go to the washroom, and Ririka leads the way. Ririka comes up behind Momoko and attacks her. Chibi-Usa and Kyusuke get up and run after Momoko. They run into a large room, and see the two boys who walked Ririka home and Momoko laying on the ground. Ririka appears from behind and becomes a vampire.
Ririka knocks Kyusuke down and is about to attack Chibi-Usa but Tuxedo Kamen enters the scene, and throws a rose at the vampire. Usagi runs in and Chibi-Usa and Usagi henshin. They make a speech to the vampire as the other Inner Senshi appear. They talk about the barbecue, and decide to use their special garlic attack. Sailormercury hesitates but agrees. They jump in and yell "Sailor Special Garlic Attack" and blow the garlic on the vampire. Super Sailorchibimoon, then yells "Twinkle Yell" and Super Sailormoon yells "Moon Gorgeous Meditation" and restores Ririka back to normal. The kids that were drained of their blood return to normal and Chibi-Usa tells Ririka that it was all a dream. The senshi watch them from afar, and are glad of the outcome.
The next scene shows a monster named Master Zirconia talking to his minions about the senshi. The monster talks about their lemures and how they will attack the world. Ami then notifies that an enemy has appeared. Usagi tells Chibi-Usa that everything will be ok, and for Chibi-Usa to trust her. Usagi gets up and tells Chibi-Usa to hurry up and not waste time. Chibi-Usa stops Usagi, and asks her if she knew where the enemy even was. Usagi laughs and said that she forgot to ask. Chibi-Usa, Artemis and Luna drop their head and sigh at Usagi.
