The return of Haruka & Michiru; The ghostly puppet show
The show begins with a man and a puppet talking with each other. They both tell each other how hungry they are, and that soon they will enjoy a big feast. The next night, Michiru is seen attending a dinner party. The same man and puppet are there telling the guests jokes. They also tell them a story about a magical bottle that the puppet is carrying. They tell them that if the bottle drops and breaks, all the shadows of the world will attack their hosts. Everyone laughs at the story and Michiru gets up and leaves. Haruka is seen in bed really sick, while a maid is taking care of her. Haruka tells the maid that she is very pretty while Michiru overhears. The maid blushes, and exits quickly while Michiru comes in. Michiru eyes Haruka, and tells her that she senses something evil. Haruka agrees that she has also sensed something evil. While they talk, a piece of a clock opens up and a eye appears. The puppet tells the man that Haruka and Michiru will be a great feast.
The maid goes into the dining room to get Haruka's food and sees that all the dinner guests have passed out. She screams and the man and the puppet get her and brainwash her. Michiru walks out on the balcony for a breath of fresh air. The maid walks to her and asks her to come in because it is getting cold. Michiru tells the maid that she is fine, and turns away from her. The maid then attacks Michiru and chokes her. Michiru looks up and notices a black pearl on the maid's forehead while knocking her down. Michiru hears Haruka screaming from above and transforms.
The man is choking Haruka and steals energy from her. She tries to transform but she drops her henshin pen. The puppet sucks away more energy and Haruka passes out. Sailorneptune enters the room and introduces herself to the man and the puppet. The man tells Sailorneptune that if the bottle breaks that the shadows will attack their hosts. Sailorneptune holds her hands up and yells "Deep Submerge". The ball of green water surges at them, and the bottle breaks. Haruka is then released and falls on the bed. The man asks her how she knew it was only a trick, and she responds "Oh, it was a bluff?" The man is shocked that she would sacrifice everyone for Haruka, and she tells him, that there is no world without Haruka. Haruka then henshins and the man and puppet begin to get scared. Sailoruranus holds her fist up high and yells "World Shaking". The puppet runs, but the attack slams it into the closet until it fades away.
Right afterwards the black pearl that was on the maid and man fades away completely. All the people who had passed out wake up and think that nothing has happened. Haruka and Michiru are then seen on their car, and Haruka shows Michiru a piece of the puppet. They talk about the new enemy, and say that the other girls can take care of it.
