Sailormoon Sailorstars Season Summary
The season starts off with Nehelenia breaking free from her mirror by an unknown voice, and practically destroying everything in Tokyo, because that Chibi-Usa was still alive. Shards of her mirror fall from the sky and fall into peoples eyes. And sadly one falls into Mamoru's eye. After this, he is distracted whenever talking to anyone, and all he wants to do is stare into mirrors. There are mirrors all over his apartment. Anyway, the first few episodes of Sailorstars finishes off Nehelenia, and is considered the true ending of SuperS. It turns out the voice that awoke Nehelenia was Galaxia!
The real season starts off with the Sailorstarlights appearing, and also a new music group idoled by fans called the 3 Lights. As the season progresses we find more about the Starlights, more of them below. It starts off normaly (for an SM episode) with a person getting attacked by an unknown persona, and Sailormoon saving the day, the Starlights appear, and the mystery begins.
Turns out, there are 4 people wanting something called a Star Seed, but they want a special one, that shines very brightly, and won't fade away. So they attack some more times, and get beaten and one by one, they get knocked off by the head honcho Sailorgalaxia. Sailormoon fights next to the Sailorstarlights, who are these bikini type warriors who basically kick butt.
While all this is going on, Mamoru has left for Harvard, and given a ring to Usagi. It was an engagement, (you should of seen Usagi's face light up). Anyway on his way to America, via plane, it gets attacked by a bright ball of yellow light energy, and that is all we know for a long time. Usagi writes Mamoru every day, but gets no answer, and becomes worried Mamoru doesn't like her anymore. Lots of character building stuff happens such as: Seiya (one of the 3 Lights) has a bit of a crush on Usagi, and lots of feelings are shown. Anyway, a girl appeared from the sky, called Chibichibi (translating to really small). She has cute red hair, and can only say Chibichibi and mimic the last few words of what someone says. Not much is known about her, but we find out she's super powerful, and powered up Eternal Sailormoon's Eternal Tiel. We see a brief dreamy scene, and we see Chibichibi in a Sailor fuku, (she is Sailorchibichibimoon) We do not find much information about her except for the last 5 episodes. We do know is when she came to Earth she made Usagi's family believe that she is Usagi's sister.
Galaxia is searching for a particular Star seed, on Earth, but before this, she has attacked MANY worlds, and has taken everyone's star seed. (effectively destroying the planet). One such planet was the Starlights homeworld. The Starlights and a Princess, fled from the dying planet. The Princess dissappeared on Earth, and the Starlights are looking for her, by singing. The Starlights disguised themselves as the 3 Lights, to try to attract the Princess's attention (via secret messages in their songs). As it turns out, Galaxia cannot destroy Earth, without the Princess's Star Seed. A battle ensues between the Princess and Galaxia, and the Princess has her Star Seed taken. The attack on Earth begun.
The last episodes are REALLY crucial, and you need to know what is going on. The Earth is laid to ruins as Galaxia takes everyone's star seed. Only the Inner and Outer Senshi are left, along with the Starlights. The Inner Senshi face Galaxia (like the good people they are), and sadly loose their Star Seeds painfully. Galaxia then reveals her master plan. To take over the Galaxy, and she must have ALL the senshi's star seeds. We find out that Mamoru's plane was attacked, Mamoru turned into Tuxedo Kamen, and faced Galaxia only to loose to her, and lost his Star seed. (Mamoru is the senshi of Earth even though he's a male). Galaxia needs all of the senshi star seeds to conquer the Galaxy, and is well on her way to getting them.
With the Inner Senshi gone, Sailormoon flees, and allows the outer senshi to face Galaxia. so to recap, the characters left are: Sailormoon, Sailoruranus, Sailorneptune, Sailorpluto, Sailorsaturn, Sailorstarlights, Sailorchibichibimoon. The Outer Senshi loose, but only Sailorpluto and Sailorsaturn die. Galaxia takes Uranus and Neptune prisoners. They go against Galaxia and lose and die, (it was really sad how they died. Now only 5 characters are left.
In the final two episodes, Sailormoon's star seed is about to be taken, but Chibichibi comes to the rescue. Galaxia, is actually the senshi of the Galaxy, she sealed a strong evil force called Chaos inside of her. Chaos consumed her body, and turned her evil, wanting to conquer the Galaxy. Before her body was consumed she sent out her star seed, to a place where Chaos couldn't get her, a person of love and justice (that's Usagi/Sailormoon). The Star Seed became Chibichibi. Chibichibi called to Sailormoon, saying she had to defeat Galaxia, that it would release Chaos. Chibichibi turns into a glittering sword, and says for Sailormoon to fight. Sailormoon doesn't want to, but manages to dodge and block. After getting hit by Chaos's sword, Princess serenity blocks with the sword but it shatters. Princess serenity turns to a naked angel (nudity from then on), and flies to Galaxia and holds out her hand and Galaxia grabs it. and Chaos is exorcised. Galaxia is freed and returns to her true form.
All the star seeds evil Galaxia has taken are sent back to their planets, for the owners to be reborn. After Galaxia leaves Usagi begins to cry, because she misses her friends. Just then starseeds surround her and form back into the senshi. They begin to talk to her, and thank her for being so strong. She still cries because she misses Mamoru. Mamoru appears as Prince Endymion with Chibichibi, and Usagi flies to him, and hugs him. She tells him how much she misses him, and he tells her it will be o.k. Chibichibi says her goodbye's and dissappears.
Then the Starlights dehenshin and reappear with their princess. The girls say goodbye to them, and they dissappear. A few minutes later it shows the Outer Senshi dehenshined on Haruka's car. They see shooting stars and Setsuna asks what Hotaru wished for, and Hotaru says it's a secret. Hotaru then asks Setsuna what she wishes for, and Setsuna says its a secret, and Hotaru is a little mad. Hotaru then asks Haruka and Michiru what they wished for and they said they didn't need to wish on a star, since their dreams had already came true. And that's pretty much the end. It is an excellent ending, and considered one of the best series in the World!!
