- Biography -
Haruka is a very strong willed girl. She acts like a tom boy! She likes wearing a guys' school outfit. She is very playful and prankful, she likes to flirt with younger girls and has a lover named Michiru (Sailorneptune). Before she knew the real idenities of the Inner Senshi, she thought they were cute. When she found out she was more critical about them. She considers Sailormoon as a klutz and a weak crybaby. In the S series she treated the Inner Senshi like little babies. In SuperS she dissappeared along with the other Outer Senshi. But when she returned in Stars she seemed very protective of Sailormoon.
Haruka is considered a "tom boy", although she is more of an "extreme" tomboy. Along with her short haircut which is very uncommon for girls to have in Japan. She also wears a male's school uniform to school. She is also a very good racer, and can run like the wind.
As a Sailor senshi, Sailoruranus was willing to sacrifice anyone to save the world in S, but with Sailormoon's help no one had to be sacrificed. This might of caused Sailoruranus to like Sailormoon a bit more. She takes being a Sailor senshi a lot more seriously then the Inner Senshi, and she usually pops in out of nowhere. Like when her, Sailorneptune, and Sailorpluto mysteriously showed up to help. Being an Outer Senshi she who would protect the Moon Kingdom during the Silver Millenium from outside invaders. She was also granted more powerful attacks than the Inner Senshi, because they were facing more extreme monsters. This is probably why she thought the Inner Senshi were very weak throughout the S season.
Haruka and Michiru are more than good friends. They are almost always seen together, either with Setsuna or not. They also play duets with each other. While Michiru plays the violin, Haruka plays the Piano. In the battle in S, they "tried" to ignore each other's feeling, because they felt that maybe one of them had to be sacrificed, so they wouldn't grow attached. But there love was shown when Sailorneptune was killed by the Death Buster, trying to save Sailoruranus from having her Heart Crystal taken away. Another big point shown was when they both died together in Sailor Stars. They held each others hand to hope to die together, and be together in the next world.

Uranus Planet Power, Make-Up
Haruka says this to transform into the powerful Sailoruranus. Before becoming a senshi,
Haruka was following her dream to become a fast race car driver. While Michiru was being
attacked, Haruka's Lip Rod appeared. Michiru told her not to take it unless she was able
to give up her dream.
World Shaking
Sailoruranus uses this attack to destroy or heavily wound various enemies. Beams of light
emit from her hand creating a large ball of energy. She backs up as golden lightning
flashes around and slams the energy ball into the ground directing it at the enemy.
Space Sword Blaster
Sailoruranus uses her Space Sword to slice up an enemy. This power is used with
Sailorneptune's "Submarine Reflection." Sailorneptune would find the weakness of the enemy
and then Sailoruranus would use her sword to strike it.
