- Biography -
Sailorpluto is the guardian of time. She makes sure that there are NO tresspassers. If you were to break the taboo, the punishment would be death. She is pretty mysterious. She appeared in Sailormoon R at first only as Sailorpluto. She guarded the safe passage for the senshi, to save the future from the Black Moon family. She then reappears in S, as Setsuna Meiou. She introduces herself to Usagi, and then comes to save Uranus, and Neptune with her Garnet Orb. She used the power of the Garnet Orb, to bring the Outer Senshi alive again, and to form the Holy Grail. She then leaves off with Uranus and Neptune, after finding that Sailormoon wasn't the true Messiah. Sailorpluto always seemed to appear in the nick of time to help the Inner Senshi defeat the next youma. She is very smart and knows how to beat her opponent.
Setsuna is a very private person, she almost never talks about herself. Whenever she is talking to any of the senshi, she is usually discussing on how to destroy the enemy. The Inner Senshi respect her in a very special way even though they dont know much about her at all. However, Chibi-Usa is shown to be a really good friend of Setsuna. Chibi-Usa often calls Sailorpluto "Puu". Chibi-Usa doesn't care that she's mysterious, and treats her like she treats any good friend. Setsuna and Chibi-Usa have a special bond like Setsuna was Chibi-Usa's mother.
Setsuna made Uranus and Neptune realize they didn't have to sacrifice anyone. The talisman of Sailorpluto is the garnet orb, which attatches to the Time Key. Sailorpluto dissapeared after using "Dark Dome Close," to save Uranus and Neptune from death. After the helicopter almost blew up, while trying to destroy Mistress 9. She dissappeared because it was a forbidden attack and should NEVER be used. It was the biggest rule Queen Serenity gave her, and if she was to use it, she would die.
In the 4th Season, Sailorpluto was gone. She didn't even get any kinda of special of why she was gone. We know why because she was not to use that attack and if she did, she would be banned to the time portal. In the manga, Neo-Queen Serenity brings Sailorpluto back to life to guard time still. I believe Neo-Queen Serenity allowed her to use that attack, without being punished. Then in the 5th Series, Setsuna appeared to pick up baby Hotaru, explaining that she needs her power. Eventually it was shown that the Outer Senshi were sharing the same house. Later on through the Sailostars series Sailorpluto's power is upgraded to Super Sailorpluto, by baby hotaru's power.

Pluto Planet Power, Make-Up
Setsuna says this to transform into the powerful Sailorpluto. It was never explained how
she got her henshin stick or how she learned the words, but she has been a senshi and has
used her powers since the Silver Millenium Era.
Dead Scream
Sailorpluto uses this attack to destroy or heavily wound various enemies. She uses her
Garnet Rod to create a large ball of energy from the tip of her Garnet Ball. She rotates
the rod around and then hurls the energy ball at the enemy.
Time Stop
This is Sailorpluto's forbidden power. No words are actually spoken during this sequence but
when the helicopter the Outer Senshi were in explodes; Sailorpluto raises her Garnet Rod and
temporarily stops time so Sailoruranus & Sailorneptune can escape. When time resumes,
Sailorpluto disappears.
