- Biography -
We first see Chibi-Usa in "Angel? Devil? The Mysterious Girl Who Came From the Sky!" In the beginning of the episode, Usagi and Mamoru are on a date. Then it was interrupted when a little girl, named Chibi-Usa, falls out of the sky and demands the Ginzuishou (Silver Crystal). Later, Chibi-Usa moves into Usagi's house by charming Usagi's entire family into believing that she is one of Usagi's cousins. In the show, Chibi-Usa has made friends with all the Inner Senshi, especially Rei. She also tends to have a better relationship with the Outer Senshi especially Hotaru and Setsuna. This is because Sailorpluto has practically raised Chibi-Usa, and Hotaru has been her best friend.
Chibi-Usa is also very popular at school, since in SuperS she got asked out by several boys. Her best friend in school is Momoko, while her best friend of all is Hotaru. Usagi and Chibi-Usa have a very different bond, they can hate each other but still love each other.
Chibi-Usa left at the end of the R series, but quickly returned half-way through the S series, due to the fact, that her mom in the future wanted her to come back for training, and to make some friends. Her attacks aren't powerful at all, they just distract the enemy, long enough for Sailormoon to do her main attack.
Chibi-Usa biggest part in the S series was that she was best friends with Hotaru. She met Hotaru when Chibi-Usa's hat flew off of her head and landed near her. In the process of getting her hat, Chibi-Usa had scraped her knee. Hotaru caught eye of this, and healed it with her special powers. Chibi-Usa was amazed by this, and that started their friendship.
In the last part of the series, Chibi-Usa recieved a letter from her mom in the future to return back to the future. Chibi-Usa was very sad to hear the news, especially when she believed that the senshi were happy to see her go, which was wrong, they just wanted her to feel better. However, she asked her mother to stay and Queen Serenity consented to stay as long as she wished, and so she returned.
In the SuperS series, Chibi-Usa is the main focus. She had became Super Sailorchibimoon in this series with the help of Pegasus, of course they became good friends. Now she had the power in this series cause the only way for Sailormoon to use her main attack was by the help with Super Sailorchibimoon's special bell. At the end of the series Pegasus had to leave, she was very sad to see him go, cause they had a special bond.
In Sailormoon SailorStars, Super Sailorchibimoon sadly had to return back to the future after defeating Nehelenia, and all. Her future mom, thought it was time for her to be back in the future, because Queen Serenity missed her soo much. She went on to the future with Diana, (Artemis was VERY sad) all the senshi said goodbye to her and wished her luck in the future.

Luna-P Henge
Chibi-Usa says this to convert her Luna-P Ball into any object she desires. She used this
throughout the second and third season, but did not use it in the SuperS season because
Diana had taken its place. Black Lady also used the Luna-P ball to create items to attack
the senshi.
Cherry Way Teleport
This is the Gateway Chibi-Usa uses to travel in between the future and the present.
Sailorpluto gave her a golden key to aid her in her time travel. It took Chibi-Usa a few
attempts before she fully understood how to use the key correctly.
Moon Prism Power, Make-Up
Chibi-Usa says this to transform into the powerful Sailorchibimoon. It was never explained
how she got her compact or how she learned the words, but she received them from the future.
After she transforms, she introduces herself as the "Pretty Suited Soldier in Training,
Sailorchibimoon."
Pink Sugar Heart Attack
Sailorchibimoon uses this attack to distract enemies long enough for Sailormoon to use
her main attack on them. Sailorchibimoon uses her Pink Moon Stick to emit pink hearts at
the enemy. When she first began using this attack, it took awhile for the hearts to emit
from her Moon Stick.
Double Sailormoon Kick (Again)
This is an offensive attack Sailorchibimoon & Sailormoon use to basically catch an opponent
off guard. They jump in the air, yell out "Double Sailormoon Kick," and basically
tackle the Daimon heels first. They miss the first time, so they repeat the attack. This
attack was only used twice.
Moon Crisis, Make-Up
This is Sailorchibimoon's second transformation. This transformation sequence is done with
Usagi. Her Chibimoon Compact was given to her by Pegasus because her previous form was not
strong enough. He gave her this power after she put her trust in him.
Twinkle Yell
This power is done with Super Sailormoon. Super Sailorchibimoon calls out Pegasus with her
Crystal Carillon by yelling out "Twinkle Yell." He comes out and powers up Super
Sailormoon's Kaleidoscope. After he finishes, Super Sailormoon is able to use her
"Moon Gorgeous Meditation" attack.
Moon Gorgeous Meditation (With Sailormoon)
In the SuperS movie, Super Sailormoon and Super Sailorchibimoon both create their own
Kaleidoscope. They both use their Kaleidoscope to destroy Badiyanu and the Black Dream Hole.
This attack was only used once.
