	Moon Prism Power! Make-Up Description: Usagi holds her hand up in there air, and it begins to glow. She spins around as different parts of her fuku take shape. She spins again and her head jewelry comes on. She smiles, holds her hands up, and then forms her final stance. 0:43
	Moon Tiara Action Description: Sailormoon grabs a hold of her tiara and it begins to glow. She spins around with it a few times as it gathers energy. She then holds it back, shouts out "Moon Tiara Action," and throws it towards the enemy. 0:22
	Usagi Transforms In An Elevator Description: Usagi and Mamoru are in an elevator, and Zoisite sends a stream of fire down after them. Usagi hesitates to transform in front of Mamoru because she doesn't want to give away her identity. She does it anyway, and surprises Mamoru as she henshins. 1:19
	Moon Crystal Power! Make-Up Description: As Usagi holds her broach in the air, it opens up and emits pink energy. The broach rests on Usagi's chest and she begins to spin around as feathers and ribbons create different parts of her fuku. While she continues to spin her jewlery comes on and then she slowly backs up into her final stance. 0:44
	Moon Princess Halation Description: Sailormoon holds up her Moon Rod in front of the moon while it gathers energy. She begins to wave it around, while spinning in circles. She then waves the wand again and calls out "Moon Princess Halation." The rod then emits pink dust and crescent moon's towards the enemy. 0:28
	Cosmic Upgrade Description: A pink light flies from the Moon Kingdom and lands in Princess serenity's and Prince Endymion's hands. The pink light transforms itself into a heart moon rod because of the prince and princess' love for each other. They both admire the rod while Usagi's broach is upgraded to the Crisis Compact. 0:44
	Moon Cosmic Power! Make-Up Description: Usagi waves her hand over her broach and it begins to gather energy. Usagi then spins around while a bleu hollow heart rotates around her body. She slowly transforms and the heart transforms into her skirt. She spins around a few more times and makes her final stance. 0:37
	Moon Spiral Heart Attack Description: The moon kingdom is shown in the background as Sailormoon's heart moon rod gathers energy. Sailormoon grabs it and begins to spin in circles with it. She continues to spin and shouts out her attack. The rod then emits pink dust and hearts at the enemy. 0:30
	Crisis! Make-Up Description: Sailormoon holds up the sacred cup and it begins to open up, filling the area with energy. Sailormoon then bursts out of a shell of energy and yells "Crisis! Make-Up." Her fuku changes colors, and a long bow rests itself on the back of her skirt. She spins around a couple of times and makes her final stance. 0:13
	Rainbow Moon Heart Ache Description: The sacred cup is shown in the background as Sailormoon's heart moon rod gathers energy. Sailormoon grabs it and begins to spin in circles with it. She continues to spin and shouts out her attack. The rod then emits ribbons of energy with pink hearts in the middle. 0:30
	Moon Crisis! Make-Up Description: Usagi and ChibiUsa's broaches are shown together emitting pink energy. Usagi and Chibi-Usa are then shown transforming together. Ribbons engulf their bodies and their fuku's appear. They are then shown cheek to cheek and their jewelry appears. Afterwards, they make a few spins around each other and stop in their final stance. 0:38
	Sailormoon's Dream Description: Sailormoon turns around and sees Mamoru sleeping. She tells him that ChibiMoon is not waking up and needs help. He tells her not to worry about it, and places her in his bed. She then tells him that she needs to help the children, and he says not to worry about it. She realises it's a dream and yells out "Crisis Power." 2:10
	Eternal Upgrade Description: Sailorsaturn tells Sailormoon that she needs to reach her full potential, and tells everyone to concentrate their powers on her. Everyone does so, and with the power of the senshi, her broach changes into it's Eternal form. Sailormoon then transforms into Eternal Sailormoon. 0:54
	Moon Eternal! Make-Up Description: This is Sailormoon's Eternal transformation sequence. Her broach appears, opens and pink light flashes around. Sailormoon appears as feathers fly around her body. She spins and her wings appears. Afterwards the transformation is complete and she does her final stance. 0:43
	Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss Description: This is Sailormoon's attack. Basically she spins around and emits pink light from her tier and it shoots out at the enemy. The pink and white light change into feathers and change them back to their original form. 0:43
	Silver Moon! Crystal Power Kiss Description: A moon appears as feathers fly across. A new broach appears, as Sailormoon holds on to her tier. The two join together and Sailormoon does a few stances, twirls around and shouts out her attack. Feathers fly around her as she spins and then large amounts of golden energy fire at the enemy. The energy turns into feathers, and the phage is healed. 0:47
	Mamoru's News Description: Mamoru and Usagi are out in the park, and Mamoru tells her that he will be studying abroad in New York. She asks if it will be awhile, and he tells her a year or so. She tells him she will always love him and wishes him good luck. 0:29
	Mamoru's Departure Description: Mamoru is at the airport and is about to leave but Usagi stops him. They talk for a bit and Mamoru pulls out a box. Usagi opens it and a ring appears. He puts it on her and tells her that he loves her. They kiss each other and Usagi sees him off. 2:00
