Luna
General Info:
Luna is the black guardian cat of the princess
of the White Moon and the future queen, Usagi. Before she was with Usagi, she
was the guardian cat advisor for Queen Serenity (Usagi's mom). Since Usagi was
a little girl, Luna had taught her many things. But when the Moon Kingdom was
destroyed, Usagi lost all those memories, so Luna found Usagi on Earth and has
begun retraining her to be Sailormoon.
When they first met, Usagi was running late to school (again). Then some horrible little boys were picking on this black cat and caught Usagi's eye. She dashed over, scared the kids away and checked on the poor cat. She then removed a bandage from it's head, revealing a strange crescent moon. Then Usagi realised she was extremely late and ran off leaving the cat on the sidewalk. At home Usagi was lying in bed almost asleep, when the same black cat lept through the window. The cat started talking and introduced herself as Luna, and explained to Usagi that it was her destiny to protect the Moon princess as Sailormoon. She was the fighter for love and justice. Usagi being a crybaby, klutz, and a ditz didn't care for it much.
When the other senshi appeared, Luna trained them as well, but they didn't need quite as much as attention as Usagi. But over time, Usagi actually became responsible and took herself in a fight. Now Luna is a protector over all the senshi. With the help of Artemis of course.

Luna jumps in the air and does a flip. When she
does this an object appears

She basically uses the moon on her forhead to
generate a light of power to return anyone's memory
Artemis
General Info:
Artemis is Minako's white cat. He was her guardian
cat when she lived in England. There, he trained her to be the fighter of crime,
Sailor V. He was training Minako before the other girls even knew they were senshi.
He was assumed to have given Minako her henshin wand. He probably gave her first
henshin wand to transform into Sailor V. Then when Minako and Artemis came to
join the other senshi, he probably gave Minako her second wand.
Since it was revealed that Sailormoon was the Moon Princess, she technically isn't the leader of the Sailor senshi, although at times she sure does act like it. When Artemis found out that Sailormoon was the Moon Princess, he was a little mad and dissappointed that Usagi got the position. He really didn't like Usagi's attitude. Later on though, he saw her becomong more mature and was glad she was the Moon Princess. Artemis is less understanding of Usagi's problems. When Minako and Artemis met up with the other girls he was dissappointed that Usagi was a big crybaby, and didn't handle her senshi business responsibly. However after awhile he got more used to it. Now with Luna, Artemis offers guidance and support to the girls opposed to further training.
Diana
General Info:
Diana is Chibi-Usa's companion since the dissappearance
of the Luna Ball. Diana is also the daughter of Luna and Artemis. I don't believe
she offers any guidence, I think she's just there as a friend. Also to be the
cutest cat of course. It seems to me that Diana and Chibi-Usa were just made
for each other. Throughout the SuperS season, Diana learns lots of imperfections,
and experiences. She is amazed by everything that is occuring in the 21st Century.
After their mission is over in Sailormoon SuperS, Diana and Chibi-Usa return to
the future. Artemis begins to cry and is really sad to see her leave.
