Shingo Tsukino
Shingo is Usagi's younger brother. He loves to play video games (especially Virtual ones). Once he considered Sailor V as a Role model. But now Sailormoon is his all time favorite. (Usagi only wishes she could tell him her true identity, so he would lay off for awhile)
Shingo loves to tease and torture Usagi. He is the first to tell her if she's done something wrong, and he will explain why. He also likes to make fun of Usagi's bad grades, and says she'll never be mom's favorite. He also likes to call her a fool, and that she would never be as good as Sailormoon.
