Peruru
Peruru was the fairy who protected the sugar energy of children. He worked under Madame Vadianne for a time because he thought he was doing good for the children, but later on he realises that he was lied to by Vadianne.
His brothers were also in with Vadianne: Pupuran, Bananu, and Oranjiya. They all were involved in taking children by playing their flute and sending them to Vadianne. So she could put them into a eternal sleep to make the Black Dream Hole much much bigger to cover the world, to make everyone dream forever.
Peruru met Chibi-Usa in the shopping market, and he made cookies start dancing by playing his flute. Chibi-Usa was very pleased by this. And they both became very good friends. Chibi-Usa, gave him the cookies she made, and ran off waving good-bye to him. He was very happy to receive the cookies and walked off.
When Peruru challenged Vadianne about kidnapping the children, Sailorchibimoon ran up to him calling out his name. Vadianne thought that Sailorchibimoon had corrupted his mind, so she sent bon bon baddies to capture her. Peruru was about to run after her, but Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor Venus stopped him.
Peruru told them to go after Vadianne, and they took off on his ship. When they got there, his brothers, tried to destroy his ship and Sailormercury used her power just in time for them not to die. After they landed the Outer Senshi met up with him, and Sailor Pluto asked who Peruru was to Sailormoon, and she replied, it was Chibi-Usa's boyfriend. His brothers tried to kill the senshi, but the Outers senshi killed them and they became birds.
Sailormoon, and Peruru teamed up against Vadianne, but failed, and Sailorchibimoon was dragged into the Black Dream Hole, where she would have put into a eternal sleep. Peruru was sad that Sailorchibimoon was gone, but Sailor Moon went after them, and managed to wake up Sailorchibimoon. Sailormoon and Sailorchibimoon teamed up against Vadianne with their Kaleid Moon Scope, and pierced the Black Dream Hole, Vadianne died, and it all dissapperaed, and they realised they were in the middle of dead air, and Peruru swooped up and caught them. He cried in amazement that they were able to destroy her.
When they had returned, Peruru offered Chibi-Usa his flute. He said he was the fairy that protected the sugar energy of childrens' dreams, and he would always be with her. Chibi-usa kissed him on the cheek, and he flew off in the sunset blushing leaving behind his flute for her.
