Kenji Tsukino
Usagi's father works as a great photgrapher. He has many pictures of his family, and Ikuko carries all of them for her photo album. He doesn't like it when Usagi or Shingo fight all the time, but he does know that both of them are doing in just plain fun.
He is very protective of Usagi. He considers her his little girl. He always makes sure that his daughter is treated fairly, especially when he knows Ikuko is not being fair. He was very suprised to find out that she was dating a college student. He almost told her to never see him again, but after Mamoru had dinner with the family, Kenji agreed and Usagi was once again allowed to go out with him.
